How can I be sure your memorabilia is genuine?

Because we are sure. We mostly use memorabilia that has been autographed in private signing sessions where proof can be provided. The sports men and women in question have been paid for most items we sell . When we do use items from other memorabilia dealers we only buy from those with the best reputations and who are able to provide us with the same reassurances we like to provide our customers with. After all, we wouldn't expect you to buy memorabilia without being 100% sure it was genuine so we don't either. You can be sure then that items are of original autographs whether in football memorabilia, general sports memorabilia or music collectables and film memorabilia are all orginal autographs- without question.

What reassurances do you provide?

Every single autographed item we sell comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity - this is our guarantee that the autograph or autographs are genuine. As well as this, many of our items come with photographs from the signing session during which they were autographed or letters confirming the session, as further proof as to the verification of the autographs. Remember we do not deal in anything else other original autogrphs.This means all our football memorabilia, music collectables and all other sport memorabilia are 100% authentic.

What if I'm not satisfied?

All of our items come with a money-back guarantee if you are not entirely happy with your purchase. We will also replace any items that have become damaged in transit or you believe are not up to standard.

How can you sell your items so cheaply when similar products are much more expensive on other websites?

There are two reasons for our low prices. The first is that the volume of memorabilia that we deal with on a daily basis is much greater than most traders, meaning we are able to stage large signing sessions and get the best price per autograph. This lets us pass the savings on to you. The second reason is our in-house framing service which means we are not paying extra money to have each item framed.

Why do you sell all of your items framed?

Framed original memorabilia is not only great for displaying on your wall but it is also significantly more valuable than unframed items. Customers who buy unframed items from other companies often find themselves disappointed when they come to have their item framed because of the high costs involved. A framed item will retain its value much better than an unframed one.

Can signedcollectables4u.com frame my items of original memorabilia?

Yes, our bespoke framing service can meet nearly every memorabilia framing need and because we are used to framing similar items for our own range we can offer this service much cheaper than many professional framers. Please see the Framing Service page for more details.

Will you sell me just a frame on its own so I can frame an item myself?

No, we do not sell frames separately as each mount has to be custom cut by a special machine and customers would find it harder than expected to frame items such as football shirts or boxing gloves.

No. Due to the difficulty in authenticating items like this, we do not purchase items in this way so please do not ask us.
