The following are terms and conditions for the sale of goods that will govern any contract for sale that we enter into with you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

These terms and conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect these. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Purchasing from us
By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods. We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address given on the Contact Us page. We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full. If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact Customer Care immediately. Please do this before we confirm your order. Prices are checked regularly, however if we find the price has changed when we receive your order we will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed. All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. Errors and omissions excepted. Subject to not selling below our cost price. Allow 5 working days for cheque clearance from day of receipt. For out of stock items, delivery dates given are only estimates.

Delivery
We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated by us but we cannot give an exact delivery date. If we have not delivered the goods within 30 days of expected delivery within the UK then you may cancel the contract. We will refund any money paid by you. In the unlikely event of experiencing any problems please contact us. We will acknowledge all questions or queries within a maximum period of 48 hours (within working hours and excluding weekends, bank holidays etc.). We dispatch all our items by a 48-hour courier service within the UK. Worldwide delivery by arrangement. However we request the customers allow a maximum 30-day period for delivery within the UK to allow us to process orders. If your item takes longer to arrive than 30 days to arrive we will refund your postage costs. If you require an item to arrive in time for a specific date (e.g. birthday) please email scollectables4u@aol.com and we will do what we can to fulfil your request but cannot guarantee delivery for a date outside our standard terms. Items are packaged using a combination of bubble wrap, foam ,cardboard and paper in order to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Packages will arrive between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. on weekdays only and a signature is required on receipt.

Damaged or Defective Goods
Occasionally items are damaged in transit. This is unfortunately unavoidable and we apoligise for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. However we will do everything we can to replace the item as soon as possible completely free of charge. If you receive a damaged item we ask that you keep it in the original packaging and call 08700 345 832 to arrange collection. We will supply goods that are guaranteed free from defects in materials and workmanship usually for a period of 12 months (or longer if required by law) from the date of delivery. You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us as soon as possible and we will arrange for their return to us at no cost to you or replace them. However, under Trading Standards law, items deemed to have faulty manufacture or materials are only eligible for exchange or full refund if they are returned within 14 days of purchase. Therefore, please examine all goods as soon as you receive them and notify us immediately if you find anything wrong. We are unable to offer any kind of replacement or refund on items returned to us more than 14 days after receipt by the customer.

Returns and Refunds
We are confident that you will be delighted with any product purchased from signedcollectables4u.com, but if you are dissatisfied with your purchase(s) for any reason, we will make it as quick and convenient as possible to provide you with a replacement item or refund. Any item may be returned within 14 days of receipt by the customer. If an item is damaged or faulty on arrival, we will arrange for the damaged item to be collected and replaced with a new item completely free of charge. If you simply wish to return an undamaged item and receive a refund, we will refund the price of the item less a 20% restocking fee, the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost. If any item is proved to bear an non authentic signature a full refund including postage will be made to the original purchaser as long as the item is returned with proof of purchase and letter of authority from a specialist auction house or UACC member.

Postage
Here is a guide to the methods of posting normally used when dispatching goods.

For delivery within the UK Only
· Small items - First Class Recorded Post.
· Items over 2kg - Courier 48hr Recorded Parcel Post or 24hr Recorded Parcel Post.

If you wish to use an alternative method of posting, details can be provided on request. Signedcollectables4u.com reserves the right to use whichever method of posting it deems to be the most suitable at any time. Applicable postage rates will be calculated during the checkout process, on an item- by- item basis.Postage discounts on multiple purchases will be calculated automatically during this process. Please be aware that there is a large postage rate for bigger frames.

We advise you to print and keep safe a copy of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
